Is this a scam?
This is our most common question! And no, this is not a scam. Due to the method of mail contact that we use, many property owners are concerned that our offers are not legitimate. If you have received an offer from us you meet our specific investment criteria. We have done our homework to understand the real estate landscape of your area, and how your property can work with our investment strategy! Do you really buy my home with cash?
We do buy your house with cash, but that doesn’t mean that you receive a handful of dollar bills! What this does mean is that funds are guaranteed to you in full at closing, no matter how quickly closing may occur. Those funds will be managed by the title company and transferred to you in your preferred method.
Can I sell my property as-is? Do I have to make repairs?
We intend to take ownership of the property exactly as it sits today! No work, no repairs--nothing!
We will do our due diligence and ask questions of the owner to help us understand the state of the property we are interested in purchasing.
What if I'm behind on payments or experienced bankruptcy?
No need to worry! We are buying your home as an investment. We just need you loan payoff and the date that you want to close!
How fast can the sale of my home close?
As soon as the title company can finalize the paperwork! This process typically takes 14 to 30 days. Occasionally there are details that can delay the process, but it is the top priority for everyone involved in the transaction to close as soon as possible.
How long do I have to move out of my house?
Since we are buying your home as an investment, you can close on a date of your choice that works with your needs! No rush to move, freedom, and peace of mind!
How do I accept the offer I received for my home?
There are several ways you can do this: mail, email, or digital signing! Mail: Sign the purchase agreement you received in the mail, mail that purchase agreement to the return address of the letter you received. Email: Sign the purchase agreement, take a picture of the agreement with your phone, and email it to offers@nvesterra.com. Digital signing: Contact us and we will send you the purchase agreement via a digital signing software for your digital signature. My offer contained an error, what can I do?

Sometimes! We always want to hear your feedback, but our offers are generally formulated to make the most impact in your area on expedited timelines. If there are additional details that could change the offer we have extended, please submit this form!
